2. How Your Data is Stored
2.1 Local Storage (Primary)
Your Data Stays on Your Device
- All invoices, clients, and business information are stored locally on your device using secure local database
- Data is never uploaded to our servers
- You have complete control over your data
- Data persists even without internet connection
2.2 Cloud Services (Pro Users Only)
To provide Pro features like cross-device sync (coming soon) and subscription management, we use secure cloud services:
Authentication Data:
- Managed securely by Clerk (our authentication provider)
- Used only for account access and subscription management
Subscription Data:
- Managed by RevenueCat (our subscription provider)
- Processes payments through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- We do not store your payment card details
Pro Features
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
To be absolutely clear about our privacy stance:
- We do NOT upload your invoices to any server
- We do NOT store your client contact information on our servers
- We do NOT access your device's contacts, photos, or files
- We do NOT track your location
- We do NOT sell any of your data to third parties
- We do NOT use your data for advertising purposes
- We do NOT have access to your bank account details entered in the app

- Business Transfers: In the event of merger or acquisition (with notice to users).
6. Your Rights and Controls
6.1 Data Access
- All your data is stored on your device and accessible to you at any time
- Pro users can export all data as JSON file
6.2 Data Deletion
- Delete individual invoices or clients within the app
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data
- To delete your Pro account, contact us at support@invoisee.com
6.3 Data Portability
- Export all data in JSON format (Pro feature)
- Share invoices as PDF to any app
6.4 Opt-Out Options
- You can use the Free tier without creating an account
- Disable analytics in app settings (if applicable)
7. Children's Privacy
Invoisee is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information immediately. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us with personal information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be notified through the app or email (for Pro users). Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
